The improvements with this system over existing systems will be:
- Online payment module enabling all agents to take card payments from their office
- Reservations made in Dolphin Travel Scanner will automatically be entered to the ‘back office’
- Agents and head office will view one live system in real time
- The database is accessible anywhere in the world, meaning agents working in a different location can ‘log in’
- Improved sales and statistical reporting for agents
