Those new to the industry may find it hard to be accepted by other
travel groups because they don't want to take a risk on a new
agent with no experience. Holiday Direct provides extra support
and training for our new members: we have over 9 years experience
helping new members set up their own travel agency.
The Holiday Direct commission model is one of the most generous
in the industry. As a Holiday Direct agent you can earn up to
85% of the total gross commission: one of the highest levels available.
Holiday Direct member agents have the choice whether to retain
their own branding or use Holiday Direct branding. We are completely
flexible in our approach: our agents are their own boss and we
can provide as much or as little support as is needed.
Unlike some travel groups that require their agents to hold their
own ATOL, Holiday Direct provides the ATOL cover for our members
tailormade bookings. Similarly our financial bonding is all managed
from head office.
Holiday Direct is not a huge faceless organisation. Our travel
group is a flexible and can provide you with one to one support
whenever you need it. Our sales directors and even the managing
director are in regular communication with all group members to
help them achieve their goals and meet their earning targets.
